Thursday Night Welcome Dinner and Party

At Paradise Creek Brewery Trailside Taproom location featuring Open Range Gourmet Food Truck.

Paradise Creek Brewery and Open Range Gourmet Food Truck welcome you to PCB's Trailside Taproom and Production Facility. Along with a couple of pints, you will enjoy a hearty meal cooked to order, made with locally sourced ingredients. Try our widely distributed hyper-local Kugar Kolsch and meet the grower, maltster, and brewer while you tour the brewery. Come when you can and stay as long as you like. Dress casually.

Cost includes dinner with Open Range Gourmet Food Truck and two Paradise Creek Pours. Trailside Taproom location. Must be 21+ to sign up. 

Cost: $45 includes dinner and two pours.


Artisan Grains Dinner at Maialina

Exploring the terroir of local grains alongside the plant breeders who created them in a full coursed dinner at Maialina Pizzeria Napoletana. Includes two paired beverages made with local grains.

Cost includes full coursed local meal featuring local grains.

Must be 21+ to sign up.

BREWING TOUR: Joseph's Grainery, Linc Malt, Paradise Creek Brewery

Explore the full cycle of the brewing process. Starting at Joseph's Grainery in Colfax, WA (home to Baronesse Barley) followed by a Grain Shed catered lunch and malt house tour at LINC Malt's Spokane facility. Cap off the day with a couple pours during a tour at Paradise Creek Brewery.

Cost includes light breakfast, lunch, bus transportation, tours and tastings. All Experiences start at the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center in Pullman, WA at 8:00 am.

Must be 21+ to sign up.

TERROIR OF PLACE: Breeding for the Palouse

An intimate look at the plant breeding process from seed to plate. Tour the Western Wheat Quality Lab followed by a field trip to Harvest Ridge Organics to see WSU designed Soft Durum wheat in action. End the tour at Porchlight Pizza to taste the deliciousness of all that hard work!

Home Brewing Workshop w/ Moscow Brewing & Hunga Dunga

Head to the home brewer workshop at Moscow Brewing Company where you will explore the many stages of the process, including a sample of a pre-made batch made with local grains from Aaron Hart himself. Then to Hunga Dunga for a brewery tour and a fresh local bite to eat.
