This event is free to Saturday Conference ticket holders, $20 for non-Conference public. Parking is available for free around the venue.

Sown & Grown IPA

Homegrown hops. Homegrown barley. Homegrown beer. Sown and grown in the Yakima Valley and brought to you by Bale Breaker Brewing Company. An easy concept for easy drinking. Brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, Loral, Citra, Ahtanum hops and Loftus family-farmed Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt with an IBU rating of 55 and 6.5% ABV makes for a traditional Bale Breaker hop-forward yet smooth IPA.

Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey

Release 019

A Single Cask whiskey distilled from 100% Alba barley varietal grown in 2015 at Knutsen Farms and malted by Skagit Valley Malting. This whiskey was double distilled on our Scottish copper pot stills and aged for 34 months in charred new American Oak. A limited special release of only 264 bottles, bottled at 50% ABV. 100% of the barley used in this whiskey was sourced from small Washington farmers

Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey

Release 029

Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey starts as a high quality un-hopped craft beer that is then double pot distilled and matured primarily in charred new American Oak. Release 029 combines 5 barrels of the Full Pint barley varietal (grown and malted in the Skagit Valley) matured in new American Oak, with 1 barrel of our Five Malt recipe matured in new American Oak, and a small amount of whiskey that was matured for many years in a Cognac barrel and then finished in an Oloroso Sherry cask. 79% of this barley used in this whiskey was sourced from small Washington farmers.

Waves of Grain Single Farm Double IPA

VISUAL: Light straw color with a heavy haze, some white foam, and minimal lacing.
AROMA: Lemon and other citrus, pineapple, tropical aromas, stone fruit, vegetal, and woody notes.
TASTE: Moderately sweet with a mild but lingering bitterness.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium body, some astringency, moderate carbonation, and moderately mouthwatering.

ABV: 6.3%*
IBU: 35*
SRM: 6
OG: 15.8
FG: 4.1
Malt: Baronesse Pils, Rolled Oats, Spelt Pale, Cashup White Wheat Pale
Hops: Mosaic
Yeast: Fremont House

Lantern Brewing Cascadia Reference RY1 Lager

Medium-bodied lager with a smooth, soft, barely-hopped finish; brewed using multiple Washington-grown barley malts. Palouse-grown barley malted by Great Western (their “Pure Washington” identity-preserved malt.) 4.0% ABV.

Linc (Spokane, WA) Lyon Light Munich Malt – (10%) – Farm: Northwest Grain Growers, St. John, WA.
Original Gravity: 14.1 Plato
Final Gravity: 3.1
ABV: 6%
IBU’s: 35
Hot Side Hops: Pekko and Australian Galaxy
Dry Hop: New Zealand Waimea and Azacca
Yeast: Imperial A15 (Independence Ale Yeast)

Citizen Grain Dry Hop Pilsner

Crispy, bright, dry hopped single field Pilsner. This year we used a special pilsner malt from LINC Malt in Spokane. Bright lemon and herbal hop aromas. Its crispy pilsner profile finishes dry and refreshing.

Scot's Bere Barley beer

Scot's Bere is a heritage rich grain, originating in the Orkney Islands of Scotland. This grain is still grown on the Orkney Islands as well as on that Palouse by Palouse Heritage at their farm near St. John, Washington. This malt provides some of the most intense bready flavors you can imagine and is an all around delicious, malty beer, highlighting the richness of a beautiful grain.

Wonderland Trail IPA

Inspired by the Wonderland Trail, an exhilarating 93-mile trek around Mount Rainier, this beer honors the treasures of the Pacific Northwest. Blending Washington-grown Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops, the sweet aroma of tangerine is followed by a wave of citrus and passionfruit. (Our Wonderland Trail IP benefits Washington’s National Park Fund) Both feature YCH hops and Great Western Malt (Country Malt). (7.2% ABV/ 72 IBU)

Chadra-Fan Boy

A collab between LINC Malt and Mecca Grade Estate Malt, featuring one base malt from each malt house as well as one white wheat malt from each. It will be a hazy IPA with Comet, Loral and Azaca hops. Around 6.5% ABV

100% Francin Pilsner Czech-style Lager

Grown by Trico Farm of Island City, OR and malted by LINC Malt of Spokane. Francin is a barley originally from the Czech Republic and recently brought to the Inland NW.
